Responsibilities
The General Manager is accountable for the overall operation and success of the restaurant, including:
- Managing restaurant profitability by meeting critical customer satisfaction standards.
- Collaborating with leadership to define goals and creating actionable plans to meet them.
- Leading and supporting Department Managers, setting their targets, monitoring progress, and coaching to improve department performance.
- Recruiting, training, and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team for the future.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager, ideally in high-volume restaurant settings.
- Background in quick service restaurants preferred; hospitality or retail experience is also valued.
- Must be at least 18 years old as per employment policies.
