Employment Details

This full-time role requires a weekly commitment of 40 hours, generally spread over five days including regular weekends and evenings. An eight-week intensive induction will take place at one of our trainer stores in Germany to prepare you thoroughly for your tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead your store team with support from the deputy store manager
• Ensure store appearance and adherence to ordering processes and presentation guidelines
• Manage personnel responsibilities including creating work schedules and promoting employee development
• Recruit and expand your store team
• Collaborate regularly with regional management to discuss results and further store development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training, preferably with relevant experience in a similar retail leadership role
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong sense of responsibility
• Effective communication skills to motivate and develop your team through constructive feedback
• Availability for a 40-hour work week with flexibility for weekends and evening shifts
• Willingness to participate in the onboarding training in Germany
