Your Responsibilities

• Lead your store team with support from the deputy store manager
• Ensure store presentation standards, manage ordering processes, and oversee daily operational tasks
• Handle personnel responsibilities including scheduling and promoting employee development
• Recruit and build your store team
• Collaborate with regional management to discuss performance results and store growth

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Completed vocational training; experience in a similar retail leadership role preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong sense of responsibility
• Effective communication skills to motivate and provide feedback to your team
• Availability for 40 hours per week over 5 days, including weekend and evening shifts
• Willingness to participate in an eight-week onboarding program at one of our trainer stores in Germany
