Key Responsibilities

• Lead your store team effectively, supported by the deputy store manager
• Manage the store's appearance, oversee ordering processes, implement presentation guidelines, and handle daily operational tasks
• Personnel management including creating work schedules and promoting employee development
• Recruit and build your store team
• Communicate with the regional management to discuss results and plan store development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in a similar retail management role
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop your team through constructive feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, five days a week, including regular evenings and weekends
• Willingness to participate in an eight-week training at a designated trainer store in Germany
