• Base salary starting at €3,640 gross per month for full-time work

Key Responsibilities

• Leading your store team with support from the deputy store manager
• Managing the store’s appearance, overseeing ordering processes, implementing presentation guidelines, and handling daily operational tasks
• Personnel management including schedule creation and promoting employee growth
• Recruiting and expanding your store team
• Collaborating with regional management to discuss performance and store development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in similar retail supervisory roles
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills to motivate your team and provide constructive feedback
• Availability for 40 hours per week across 5 days, including regular weekends and evenings
• Willingness to participate in an 8-week onboarding program at one of our trainer stores in Germany
