Key Responsibilities

• Lead your store team, supported by the deputy store manager
• Oversee store presentation, ordering processes, and daily operational tasks
• Manage personnel by creating work schedules and fostering staff development
• Recruit and build your store team
• Communicate regularly with regional management to discuss results and store development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in a similar retail leadership role
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop your team through feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours per week across five days, including regular evenings and weekends
• Willingness to undergo an eight-week training period at one of our trainer stores in Germany

Additional Information

The workweek consists of 40 hours. This is a full-time position based onsite in Marl, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
