Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your store team, supported by the deputy store manager
• Oversee the store's presentation — handling order processes, applying merchandising guidelines, and managing daily tasks
• Take charge of personnel duties including schedule planning and promoting staff development
• Recruit new team members to build your store team
• Communicate with regional management to review results and discuss store growth

Qualifications and Requirements

• Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a comparable retail leadership role
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong sense of responsibility
• Effective communication skills to motivate and develop your team through constructive feedback
• Availability for a 40-hour workweek spread over five days, including regular evenings and weekend shifts
• Willingness to participate in an eight-week training period at one of our trainer stores in Germany
