About the Role
We are a rapidly expanding European retail company seeking a dedicated Store Manager to lead one of our locations. This full-time position involves a weekly workload of 40 hours, with workdays spread over five days per week, including regular weekend and evening shifts. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the branch team effectively, supported by a Deputy Store Manager.
- Oversee all aspects of store appearance, ordering processes, and ensure daily operational tasks are completed according to presentation standards.
- Handle personnel duties including creating work schedules and fostering staff development.
- Recruit and build your store team.
- Collaborate with regional management to review results and optimize store development.
Required Qualifications and Traits
- Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a similar retail leadership role.
- An entrepreneurial mindset combined with high responsibility.
- Strong communication skills to motivate and provide constructive feedback to your team.
- Availability for an eight-week onboarding program conducted in one of our trainer stores in Germany.
