Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for experienced FIFO Hospitality Supervisors to join our operations teams managing accommodation villages at Western Australian mine sites. This hands-on role requires energetic leaders who excel in dynamic, high-pressure environments and are driven to provide outstanding village living experiences.

Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership experience in FIFO or the hospitality sector, particularly managing fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Valid authorization to work in Australia without need for sponsorship
- Current Western Australian driver's license, manual preferred
- Ability to clear pre-employment medical screening and background checks
- Strong passion for coaching, mentoring, and empowering team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; effective team player and leader
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality with a composed demeanor
- Competent in administrative duties and adept at learning new systems
