FIFO Hospitality Supervisor

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced FIFO Hospitality Supervisors to join our operations teams managing accommodation villages at Western Australian mine sites. This hands-on role requires energetic leaders who excel in dynamic, high-pressure environments and are driven to provide outstanding village living experiences.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership experience in FIFO or the hospitality sector, particularly managing fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Valid authorization to work in Australia without need for sponsorship
• Current Western Australian driver's license, manual preferred
• Ability to clear pre-employment medical screening and background checks
• Strong passion for coaching, mentoring, and empowering team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; effective team player and leader
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality with a composed demeanor
• Competent in administrative duties and adept at learning new systems
