Field Verification Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Field Verification Officer to join our team in Dubai supporting verification activities. The role requires conducting physical and telephonic verifications related to residential addresses, employment status, educational qualifications, and supporting documentation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating various locations across Dubai, engaging professionally with individuals and organizations, and meticulously documenting verification outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site visits to homes and business locations to confirm addresses.
• Verify employment information through visits to company premises when necessary.
• Carry out verifications of educational credentials and related documents.
• Conduct phone-based checks with concerned parties or institutions for corroboration.
• Ensure accurate data gathering and flag discrepancies discovered during verifications.
• Utilize mobile applications to capture photographs and other evidence on-site.
• Update verification statuses and case details precisely within the reporting system.
• Compile and submit comprehensive verification reports promptly.
• Report suspicious, incomplete, or contradictory data to the Operations Team swiftly.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and protect personal and employment information throughout the process.
• Adhere to established operational procedures and verification protocols.
• Manage verification cases autonomously and meet all deadlines effectively.

Requirements

• Between 1 to 4 years of experience in roles such as Field Verification, Background Screening, Banking, Telecom, Collections, Field Sales, or Investigation.
• Diploma or degree attained from an accredited institution.
• Willingness and ability to travel locally across Dubai for field assignments.
• Possession of a valid driving license and personal vehicle is advantageous.
• Proficient in using smartphones, mobile verification tools, and digital reporting platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English; knowledge of additional local languages is beneficial.
• Capability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Preferred Experience

• Background in Field Verification or Background Verification processes.
• Experience in banking, telecom, collections, customer verification, field sales, investigations, or field operations.
