Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide field technicians and subcontractors, scheduling their daily tasks and providing mentorship.
• Oversee project timelines and labor allocation to enhance workflow efficiency and meet deadlines.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, local legal requirements, and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery schedules of equipment and materials within established budgetary limits.
• Perform consistent inspections of sites and properties to confirm that work aligns with technical specifications and industry standards.
• Serve as the main liaison between on-site personnel and project management, delivering regular status updates.
• Handle client questions and complaints promptly, fostering strong professional relationships with all stakeholders.
