Field Services Engineer - Western Region

Job Overview

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our Technical Service team covering the Western region (Jeddah/Medinah). This role focuses primarily on the Medical and Emergency Care product line, including stretchers, beds, CPR devices, and defibrillators.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair company medical products while delivering technical assistance to both internal teams and external customers.
• Perform servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance adhering strictly to company standards and procedures.
• Conduct functional testing on products and produce comprehensive service and test documentation.
• Handle installation, configuration, and upgrading of equipment as required.
• Execute service agreements through scheduled Preventive Maintenance visits.
• Ensure prompt completion and follow-up on work orders and service tickets.
• Coordinate customer visits in collaboration with relevant support teams and customers.
• Report opportunities and issues through proper channels while staying compliant with ongoing legal and operational guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational background in Engineering, preferably Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Biomedical, or Telecommunications.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and the local language, especially in technical and medical terminology.
• At least three years of relevant professional experience in a related field.
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication capabilities.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Preferred knowledge of basic IP networking concepts.
