Role Overview

Join as an Associate Territory Manager and gain experience in the dynamic medical device sales field, supporting clinical teams and improving patient recovery. This position is within the Trauma business unit and reports to a Regional Sales Manager focused on developing emerging professionals into sales leaders. Your responsibilities will cover the Rockhampton area, fostering strong healthcare partnerships and assisting surgical case coverage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote sales growth through active customer engagement, sales initiatives, and negotiations.
  • Support clinical teams such as surgeons and nurses in the operating theatre for safe and effective Trauma product use.
  • Deliver clinical and technical support, building strong relationships to encourage product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to territory planning, track performance, and identify growth possibilities using market data and insights.
  • Manage inventory and resolve product concerns ensuring availability, compliance, and excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in a customer-facing, sales, or healthcare-related role.
  • Ability to work within hospital environments, including operating theatres.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Tertiary degree in allied health (nursing, physiotherapy, exercise science, etc.).
  • At least one year in clinical, technical, or medical sales roles.
  • Proven experience working towards sales targets or KPIs in any sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
