Role Overview
This role based in Adelaide, South Australia, involves serving as a Field Service Engineer specializing in Infection Control. As a fully qualified electrician, you will play a vital role in preventative and reactive maintenance of Getinge’s medical equipment at customer locations. This position demands establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships while supporting fellow Field Service Electricians when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of Getinge's capital medical equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve intermittent equipment issues to restore full functionality, ensuring minimal disruption to customer operations.
- Coordinate with the Getinge Service Coordination team before site visits to prepare adequately for troubleshooting tasks.
- Travel regionally to various customer locations as required.
Candidate Profile
- Must possess a full Electrical licence and valid Driver’s Licence.
- Demonstrate strong mechanical skills and effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven commitment to exceeding expectations and delivering excellent customer service.
- Possess interpersonal skills that facilitate positive customer engagement.
- Ability to perform efficiently under pressure, meet deadlines, and collaborate as part of a team.
