Job Overview
We are seeking proactive Field Sales Executives focused on onboarding merchants for QR code and sound box offerings. This role involves direct market engagement to promote, sell, and expand our product presence within a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential merchants to introduce and onboard them for QR code and sound box services.
- Engage in daily field visits, targeting approximately 10-15 merchants each day to boost sales and enhance product visibility.
- Expand distribution networks and increase market penetration of QR and sound box solutions across assigned areas.
- Meet or surpass assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring product adoption and satisfaction among merchants.
- Gather and communicate valuable market intelligence and business insights to management.
- Adhere to a structured beat plan, documenting daily activities and ensuring proper attendance tracking.

Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary ranging from 16000 to 26000 INR based on performance and qualifications.
