Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to join the growth-focused team at Paytm. This role involves working directly on Paytm's payroll to enlarge our merchant base by enrolling local shops, retail outlets, and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site visits in local markets and retail spaces to register new merchants.
- Install Paytm QR Codes at merchant locations.
- Set up and activate Paytm Soundboxes for business users.
- Provide merchant support, educate them on Paytm device usage, and address queries.
Requirements
- Possession of an Android smartphone.
- Ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle such as a bike or scooter for mobility.
Additional Information
- Joining includes official onboarding with a direct Paytm offer letter.
- Salary ranges from 17000 to 27000 INR per month.
- Employees are on Paytm's payroll.
- Performance incentives are available on a weekly and monthly basis.
