Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to become part of Paytm's primary growth team. This position involves working as a direct employee of Paytm to broaden our merchant base by enrolling local shops, retail outlets, and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively visit nearby markets and business premises to recruit new merchants.
- Install Paytm QR codes at merchant locations to enable digital payments.
- Deploy and activate Paytm Soundbox devices for business users.
- Provide training to merchants on device usage and address their questions and concerns.
Requirements and Eligibility
- Candidates must have an Android smartphone.
- Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle such as a bike or scooter is mandatory for field visits.
