Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to join the core expansion team at Paytm Services Private Limited. This role involves direct employment with Paytm and focuses on broadening the merchant base by signing up local businesses, stores, and shops.

Primary Duties

• Engage with merchants in local markets and retail locations to bring new vendors onboard.
• Install Paytm QR codes at merchant points of sale to facilitate payment acceptance.
• Deploy and activate Paytm Soundbox devices to enhance merchant transaction capabilities.
• Provide ongoing support by training merchants to efficiently utilize Paytm devices and promptly addressing their questions.

Requirements

• Possession of a functional Android smartphone.
• Ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle such as a bike or scooter for mobility.

Additional Information

• Compensation ranges between INR 17,000 and INR 27,000 per month.
• Attractive weekly and monthly bonus incentives based on performance.
