Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

Paytm Services Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic Field Sales Executives (FSE) to become an integral part of the company’s core growth team. This position involves direct employment by Paytm and is focused on expanding the merchant network across local markets, retail stores, and businesses.

Key Duties

• Conduct field visits to nearby markets and retail locations to enroll new merchants into Paytm’s services.
• Set up Paytm QR codes at merchant points to enable digital payments.
• Deploy and activate Paytm Soundbox devices to facilitate business transactions.
• Provide merchant training on device operation and address any usage queries to ensure smooth functioning.

Requirements

• Possession of a functional Android smartphone.
• Ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle such as a bike or scooter for commuting.

Compensation and Benefits
