Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to become part of Paytm's primary growth team. This position involves direct employment with Paytm, focusing on expanding the merchant network by bringing onboard local shops, retail outlets, and various businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to local markets and retail locations to recruit new merchants.
- Carry out product installations, including setting up Paytm QR Codes at merchant points.
- Deploy and activate Paytm Soundbox devices for merchants' business use.
- Manage relationships by educating merchants on using Paytm devices and addressing their concerns effectively.
