Job description
Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic Field Sales Executives (FSE) to be part of Paytm's dynamic growth team. In this position, you will be employed directly by Paytm and responsible for widening our merchant base by enrolling local businesses, shops, and retail outlets.
Key Duties
- Conduct field visits to local markets and retail establishments to recruit new merchants.
- Set up Paytm QR codes at merchant locations to enable digital transactions.
- Deploy and activate Paytm Soundboxes for business clients to facilitate payments.
- Provide training and guidance to merchants on using Paytm devices and address any concerns they may have.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from 17,000 to 29,000 INR.
