Job Overview
The Field Sales Executive role involves strategically planning and conducting market visits aimed at generating leads and expanding the customer base for various payment solutions. This position requires regular interaction with clients, promoting a diverse portfolio including QR codes, Sound Box devices, card swipe machines, point of sale software, insurance, and other financial products.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and execute visits to potential markets to identify sales opportunities.
- Achieve sales goals across multiple payment products such as QR codes, Sound Box, EDC devices, software, and insurance offerings.
- Introduce and deploy products at client premises while effectively communicating their features, benefits, and optimal usage.
- Ensure superior customer satisfaction to drive increased sales conversions and customer loyalty.
- Collect and relay ongoing market feedback regarding existing products and competitor activities to inform product improvements.
- Facilitate the adoption of digital payment solutions among unorganised retailers by onboarding them and educating on the acceptance process and its advantages.
- Conduct follow-ups with current merchants to troubleshoot and resolve any service issues.
Candidate Profile
- Ideal candidates have 1 to 3 years of relevant background in sectors such as telecom, banking, retail, wallet services, or e-commerce.
- Applicants with a strong sales aptitude, including freshers, are encouraged to apply.
- Specific responsibility includes the sale of Sound Box devices.
Compensation Details
The role offers a monthly remuneration ranging between ₹16,500 and ₹29,500.
