Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The role focuses on expanding our merchant network by promoting and selling QR code and sound box products within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify prospective merchants, engage with them in person, and successfully onboard them onto our QR code and sound box platform.
- Conduct regular market visits daily, targeting to meet with 10-15 merchants to boost sales and product awareness.
- Increase distribution channels and expand market share for our QR code and sound box solutions in the designated region.
- Consistently meet and strive to exceed sales goals set on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with merchants to ensure effective product adoption and high satisfaction levels.
- Gather and communicate valuable market insights and feedback to the management team to inform business strategies.
- Adhere to the prescribed beat plan, accurately log daily activities, and maintain punctual attendance.
Compensation
The monthly salary range for this position is between 16,000 and 26,000 INR.
