Job description
Role Overview
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new merchants, focusing on sales of QR code and sound box products. This role demands daily engagement with merchants and the execution of a deliberate sales strategy aimed at expanding market share within your designated area.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential merchants, conduct meetings, and manage their onboarding for QR code and sound box offerings.
- Carry out daily visits to multiple merchants (approximately 10-15 per day) to actively promote products and increase sales.
- Enhance product distribution and capture greater market presence for QR and sound box solutions in assigned locations.
- Consistently meet and surpass established sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with merchants to ensure consistent product utilization and satisfaction.
- Capture valuable market feedback and business insights to aid management decision-making.
- Adhere strictly to a defined beat plan, meticulously track daily activities, and maintain attendance records.
Additional Information
Compensation: Monthly salary ranging between 16000 to 26000 INR.
