Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive based in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, to join our team focused on merchant acquisition and product promotion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential merchants and facilitate their onboarding for QR code and sound box product sales.
- Perform regular field visits, targeting 10 to 15 merchants daily to drive sales and increase product awareness.
- Expand product distribution and boost market share within the designated territory.
- Meet and surpass sales goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with merchants to ensure consistent product usage and satisfaction.
- Gather and communicate market trends and feedback to management for business improvement.
- Adhere to a structured beat plan, monitor daily sales activities, and maintain consistent attendance records.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary range of 16,000 to 26,000 INR.
