Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a Field Sales Executive based in Pune, Maharashtra to actively identify and onboard new merchants for Paytm's QR code and sound box payment solutions. This position requires direct interaction with merchants to drive sales and ensure wide product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and onboard merchants to use QR code and sound box services.
- Visit approximately 10-15 merchants daily to promote offerings and boost sales.
- Expand product distribution and increase market share within the designated geographic zone.
- Consistently meet or surpass sales targets set on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with merchant clients to maximize product utilization and satisfaction levels.
- Collect and relay market intelligence and customer feedback to inform management strategies.
- Adhere to assigned beat plans, document daily sales activities, and maintain attendance records.
Additional Details
The role involves intensive field operations with a focus on sales growth and strategic market development. Regular tracking and reporting of activities are essential aspects of this job.
Compensation
The monthly salary for this role ranges from INR 16,000 to INR 26,000.
