About the Role
Yogsaamarthya Private Limited is seeking a lively and assured Sales & Reception Executive for our yoga studio in Mumbai. The perfect candidate will have a passion for assisting others, ease in client communication, and a strong drive to transform inquiries into memberships.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-ins, telephone calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries from the website.
- Clearly communicate details about studio services, yoga programs, and membership options.
- Convert prospective clients into trial attendees and full memberships.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Oversee front desk activities and member registrations.
- Keep accurate client records and prepare daily sales reports.
- Assist with member retention efforts and membership renewals.
- Coordinate with yoga trainers to ensure smooth onboarding of members.
- Perform basic administrative and reception tasks to support studio operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A positive mindset and strong customer service orientation.
- Capability to manage sales goals and conduct timely follow-ups.
- Basic proficiency with computers and WhatsApp usage.
- Previous experience in sales or reception is advantageous but not required.

Employment Details
