About the Role
We are seeking a Field Sales Executive based in Chennai to join our team. This role requires face-to-face interaction with customers to promote and sell banking products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers through active field sales efforts.
- Promote and sell CASA and other bank products to prospective clients.
- Generate leads via direct interaction, referrals, and market visits.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and advise on appropriate banking solutions.
- Meet monthly sales targets and customer acquisition goals.
- Handle customer onboarding and documentation in alignment with bank procedures.
- Adhere strictly to company and banking compliance regulations.
