Responsibilities

• Provide solutions and promote cross-selling of Axis Bank's retail banking products and third-party offerings such as life insurance, general insurance, mutual funds, and loans according to assigned targets.
• Consistently achieve monthly business budgets set by the organization.
• Generate referrals and prospective customer leads to boost sales of the bank's products.
• Engage in marketing activities and conduct customer visits beyond the branch to support product promotion.
• Reach out to existing customers to increase deposits and cross-sell various banking products.
• Process all customer transactions and requests accurately and in a timely manner.
• Address customer inquiries effectively to ensure zero complaints.
• Adhere to all regulatory and legislative compliance guidelines related to banking activities.
• Fulfill audit requirements to maintain optimal audit ratings.
• Complete mandatory certifications necessary for the role, including EUIN and SP Certification.
• Participate in all training and learning programs offered by the bank regularly.
• Log daily customer interactions in the bank's CRM system.
• Take part in all bank-led initiatives, campaigns, and drives as required.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the banking sector and hold a graduate degree. This role offers the chance to expand your expertise in retail banking operations and customer service as part of Axis Bank's growing team.
