Job Overview

Advance your retail merchandising career by joining our team as a full-time Retail Merchandiser supporting a major consumer packaged goods (CPG) client. This position involves executing various in-store merchandising duties such as stocking shelves, creating displays, and ensuring product availability aligns with planograms.

Key Duties

  • Carry out merchandising tasks in stores following plan-o-grams and schematic layouts, including product resets.
  • Organize daily priorities by reviewing objectives, planning coverage, and preparing necessary tools to meet schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with promotional display standards, resolve out-of-stock situations, identify display opportunities, place point-of-sale materials, check product dates, and rotate inventory.
  • Maintain clear communication with store personnel about merchandising work, promotions, and client goals.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and foster strong working relationships with store teams to achieve company and client objectives.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in merchandising or sales is preferred.
  • Applicants must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
  • Capability to work autonomously while also collaborating well with others.
  • Familiarity with basic computer software such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Physical capacity to lift between 30 to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged durations.

Work Schedule and Compensation

  • Regular working hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Full-time employment status.
  • Competitive salary ranging from $38,520 to $43,680 annually.
