Field Representative - Alcoholic Beverages

Job Overview

Advance your career in retail merchandising as a dedicated full-time Retail Merchandiser working with a prominent consumer packaged goods client. This position involves executing diverse in-store merchandising responsibilities such as shelving products, assembling displays, and ensuring consistent product availability while maintaining adherence to planograms.

Primary Responsibilities

• Carry out merchandising actions in stores according to planograms and schematic designs, including shelf resets.
• Plan your daily visits and prioritize tasks by assessing call objectives and addressing previous follow-ups; organize necessary materials and tools to meet deadlines.
• Ensure promotional displays comply with standards, proactively identify and correct out-of-stock items or gaps by replenishing shelves and displays; strategize placement of additional displays and POS materials, conduct product date checks, and rotate stock accordingly.
• Effectively liaise with store personnel about merchandising activities, sales initiatives, promotions, client goals, and status updates on completed work.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and foster cooperative relationships with store staff to fulfill company and client targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in merchandising or sales roles.
• Must have reliable personal transportation, valid driver's license, and automobile insurance.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate well with others.
• Familiarity with basic computer programs such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Physical capability to lift items weighing between 30 to 50 pounds and stand for long durations.

Working Hours and Benefits

• Work schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
