Field Representative - Alcoholic Beverages

Overview

Advance your career in retail merchandising by joining our team as a full-time Retail Merchandiser focusing on supporting leading consumer packaged goods clients in-store. You will perform diverse merchandising duties including stocking shelves, creating displays, and ensuring product availability in accordance with planograms.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute in-store merchandising activities following planograms and schematic plans, including store resets.
• Plan daily coverage and prioritize tasks by reviewing call objectives and pending follow-ups, organizing essential tools and materials to meet deadlines.
• Maintain promotional display adherence, identify opportunities to correct stock voids and out-of-stock products by merchandising shelves and displays, place point-of-sale materials appropriately, check product expiration dates, and rotate stock as needed.
• Engage effectively with store personnel about assignments, sales strategies, promotions, client goals, and completed tasks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and foster productive relationships with store staff to achieve company and client objectives.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in merchandising or sales roles.
• Reliable personal transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance coverage.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaborate with others.
• Familiarity with basic computer programs such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Physical stamina to lift and move 30-50 pounds and stand for long durations.

Schedule and Compensation

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
