Job Overview

Take the next step in your retail merchandising career by joining a dynamic team as a full-time Retail Merchandiser supporting a leading consumer packaged goods (CPG) client. This role involves executing a variety of merchandising activities in-store to ensure product visibility, compliance, and availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out in-store merchandising tasks following planograms and schematic layouts, including resetting displays.
  • Organize daily routes by reviewing call objectives, following up on previous visits, and gathering necessary tools and materials to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain promotional displays by identifying opportunities for additional placements, correcting out-of-stock items, rotating stock by checking product dates, and ensuring compliance with promotional guidelines.
  • Engage with store personnel to communicate sales activities, promotions, objectives, and completed work effectively.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and foster positive relationships with store staff to align with company and client goals.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in merchandising or sales roles.
  • Access to reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance coverage.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating well with others.
  • Familiarity with basic computer programs such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Physical capability to lift and move items weighing between 30 to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged durations.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
