Job description
Role Overview
The Field Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing housekeeping staff at designated locations. This includes direct oversight of recruitment, deployment, and attendance of manpower, along with conducting quality checks on cleaning work.
Key Duties
- Recruit and allocate housekeeping staff to assigned sites
- Track attendance and maintain accurate records
- Perform quality assessments of housekeeping services
- Liaise with clients to ensure service satisfaction
- Train staff on procedures and best practices
- Supervise the correct handling, application, and safety measures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment
Required Knowledge
The ideal candidate must possess hands-on familiarity with R1 to R9 range of housekeeping chemicals, understanding their purposes, correct dilution processes, handling methods, and safety protocols.
