Field Executive - Inside Sales

Role Overview

This position involves conducting preventive maintenance operations on solar power plants and handling various electrical wiring tasks for custom test rigs and laboratory equipment. The candidate will also be responsible for customer interactions related to billing and plant monitoring, ensuring excellent service standards and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities on solar plants according to established SOPs while maintaining strict zero safety violation standards.
• Resolve billing issues and support plant online monitoring and customer registration processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Perform expert signal and power wiring on custom-built automation and test rigs, ensuring neat cable routing and compliance with safety, accessibility, and aesthetic requirements.
• Execute soldering, crimping, terminations, connector assembly, and cable preparation tasks with high quality.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and connectivity drawings accurately to facilitate wiring and troubleshooting.
• Identify and rectify wiring faults, loose connections, and incorrect terminations efficiently.
• Support debugging, rework, and commissioning activities of electrical test rigs.
• Label wires and cables comprehensively to facilitate easy identification and maintenance.
• Maintain exemplary workmanship and organize wiring using appropriate accessories such as cable ties, sleeves, conduits, and heat-shrink tubes.
• Provide periodic maintenance, repair, and modification support for existing electrical test rigs.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams during the development and enhancement of custom test rigs and setups.
• Handle dealer management with proven experience in automobile or electric vehicle sales to drive internal sales operations effectively.
• Maintain strong communication skills and foster positive relationship management with dealers and customers.
