Field Collection Executive

Job Overview

The Field Collection Executive will be responsible for contacting customers to address overdue loan payments and visits to their locations when necessary. The role requires regular follow-ups to ensure payment commitments are met, achieving monthly collection targets, and maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding pending or overdue loan payments.
• Visit customers at their registered, residential, or business premises as required.
• Consistently follow up to secure payment commitments and collections.
• Meet assigned monthly collection and recovery goals.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and payment statuses.
• Resolve any customer queries related to outstanding dues.
• Submit daily reports on collection activities and fieldwork.
• Adhere to all company policies, banking regulations, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with reporting managers and relevant departments to address collection issues.

Eligibility and Qualifications

• DRA certification preferred or required.
• Minimum education: 10th pass, 12th pass, or graduate depending on the role's requirements.
• Candidates with prior experience in banking collection or recovery are preferred.
• Fresh candidates holding relevant certification may also be considered.
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
• Preparedness to work in field-based environments.
• Basic proficiency with smartphones and reporting software.
• Possession of a valid two-wheeler and driving license, if necessary for the assigned area.
