DRA Field Collection Executive

Job Overview

As a DRA Field Collection Executive, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers to manage overdue loan payments. This role requires visiting customers at their registered, residential, or business addresses as necessary and persistently following up to secure payment commitments and collections.

Key Duties

• Directly contact customers concerning outstanding loan payments.
• Conduct field visits to various customer locations when required.
• Regularly follow up to ensure payment commitments are met and collections achieved.
• Meet or exceed assigned monthly targets for collections and recovery.
• Keep detailed records of customer communications and payment statuses.
• Address and resolve queries customers have regarding their dues.
• Provide daily reports on collection efforts and field activities.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, banking regulations, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with reporting managers and other departments on collection matters.

Eligibility Requirements

• Candidates certified as DRA are preferred or required.
• Experience in banking collections or recovery processes is desirable.
• Must be willing to work extensively in field locations.
• Basic competency in using smartphones and related reporting apps is necessary.
