Job description
Role Summary
As a Field Collection Executive, your primary duty is to visit customers at their registered addresses to collect payments efficiently and professionally. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of collections and ensuring timely submission of payments alongside necessary documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visits to customers to collect pending payments at their registered locations.
- Engage with customers respectfully while addressing queries and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain detailed daily records and reports of all collection activities.
- Meet or exceed assigned targets for payment collections.
- Coordinate closely with the office or team to update the status of collections.
- Ensure timely submission of collected payments and related paperwork.
