Position Summary

As a Food & Beverage Shift Leader specializing in In-Room Dining at JW Marriott Singapore, you will deliver not just meals but memorable experiences enhanced by excellent service. You will play an essential role in managing guest interactions, setting up tables, coordinating with kitchen staff, and ensuring the upkeep of work areas. This hands-on role includes physical activity such as standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds with assistance, contributing to a safe and professional environment for both guests and colleagues.

• Location: 30 Beach Road, Singapore
• Full-time schedule; position is non-remote
• Non-management role requiring active presence on the floor

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
• Preferred: Less than 1 year of relevant work experience
• No supervisory experience is required
• No licenses or certifications mandatory
