F&B Service Expert

Position Overview

This role is focused on creating memorable dining experiences for guests by providing attentive and comprehensive food and beverage service. The F&B Service Expert is responsible for various tasks including table setup, clear communication with the kitchen staff, guest interaction, order service, and maintaining cleanliness of dining and work areas. The position requires physical stamina such as standing, walking on varied surfaces, and lifting objects up to 25 pounds alone or 50 pounds with assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent guest service through proactive engagement and attentiveness during meals.
• Set, clear, and maintain tables as per standards.
• Communicate orders effectively with kitchen personnel.
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces and dining areas.

Physical Requirements

• Extended periods of standing, walking, and moving over uneven or slippery surfaces.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place items weighing up to 25 pounds independently, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Perform movements including reaching overhead, bending, twisting, stooping, and pulling.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Experience: Less than one year of related experience required.
• Supervisory Experience: Not required.
• Licenses/Certifications: None specified.
