F&B Executive

Role Overview

As an F&B Executive, you will oversee and enhance the preparation and serving of food, toast, and beverages, strictly following company SOPs and health and safety protocols. Your leadership will ensure excellent customer service and efficient order management through POS systems, while empowering and training staff to promote menu items and ongoing promotions. You will be the frontline in resolving customer complaints and offering feedback to management for operational enhancements.

Operational Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations including cashiering, order taking, opening/closing procedures, and inventory stock-taking.
• Coordinate with internal teams to monitor stock levels and ensure timely procurement of supplies.
• Maintain compliance by ensuring necessary licenses and posters are up-to-date and displayed.
• Compile comprehensive end-of-day sales and petty cash reports.
• Conduct routine inspections and oversee outlet performance, acting as a liaison between HR and staff.
• Foster a positive work culture to encourage staff engagement, professional development, and retention.
• Address operational challenges swiftly, including POS system issues.
• Participate actively in meetings, propose ideas, and implement management-directed workflow procedures aimed at meeting sales targets and controlling costs.

Outlet Maintenance and Hygiene

• Manage general cleaning tasks such as washing workstations, cups, and accessories.
• Coordinate minor maintenance activities to minimize operational disruptions and maintain the outlet's condition.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards to uphold impeccable hygiene at the outlet.
