Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Land Surveyor to collaborate closely with the Project Manager on-site to support our client’s projects. This role involves overseeing and steering all surveying-related site operations, conducting inspections, and enabling the production team to develop accurate shop drawings. Precision and timeliness in collecting survey data and proactive communication with clients through site meetings are crucial elements of this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and report directly to the Project Manager during site activities.
- Organize, direct, and manage all survey-related tasks on site.
- Perform comprehensive site inspections as needed.
- Collaborate with the production team to assist in the creation of shop drawings.
- Ensure that all measurement readings are collected punctually, effectively, and with accuracy.
- Participate actively in site meetings and maintain close communication with clients concerning land surveying issues.
Certification
The candidate must hold a valid MOM Approved Licence: 16C7962.
