Role Overview
This role involves supporting the IT helpdesk with responsibilities that include troubleshooting day-to-day hardware and software issues, managing and maintaining IT infrastructure and assets such as desktops and laptops, as well as installing, configuring, and updating approved IT applications, operating systems, and hardware.
Candidate Profile
The preferred applicant will have between three and five years of experience performing IT helpdesk functions and handling IT troubleshooting tasks in an industrial environment.
Eligibility
Applicants must be graduates from any discipline to be eligible for this position.
