Position Summary

Joining Walmart Canada as a Fashion Associate offers an excellent opportunity to gain retail industry experience. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service while managing fashion merchandise, ensuring stock levels and product presentation meet company standards in a secure and orderly setting. The associate will collaborate with the team to efficiently implement daily objectives and seasonal merchandising plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them by promoting products and services, locating items, facilitating purchase decisions, and resolving any issues or escalating concerns as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean and hazard-free work environment by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring display fixtures are firmly secured.
• Handle processing and stocking of all fashion-related merchandise.
• Keep the sales floor neat and organized to enhance customer experience.
• Merchandise non-modular fashion items appropriately.
• Ensure correct fixtures and supplies are in place and replaced when required.
• Apply proper signage consistent with merchandising modules.
• Timely restocking and display of seasonal fashion merchandise.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $16.05.

Minimum Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
