About the Role

As a Fashion Associate at Walmart Canada, you will enhance your retail industry expertise by delivering outstanding customer service and managing fashion merchandise effectively. The role involves processing and stocking apparel, maintaining merchandising standards—including modular setups and signage—while ensuring a safe and tidy store environment. You will collaborate with your team to plan and complete everyday assignments, including setting up seasonal displays on schedule.

Key Duties

• Warmly welcome customers, assist them with product promotions, locating items, making purchase decisions, and resolving issues or directing concerns appropriately.
• Maintain a secure, clean, and hazard-free workspace by following company policies, performing safety inspections, and ensuring display fixtures are stable and properly set.
• Handle processing and stocking of all fashion merchandise.
• Keep the sales floor orderly and inviting for shoppers.
• Arrange non-modular fashion products according to standards.
• Verify that fixtures and supplies are correct and replenish or substitute as needed.
• Implement accurate signage in accordance with modular guidelines.
• Promptly restock and merchandise seasonal items to meet timely demand.

Compensation

The hourly starting wage for this position is $16.90 CAD.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
