Job Overview
The Fashion Advisor plays a crucial role in enhancing store sales by delivering exceptional and memorable customer service while maintaining the brand's merchandising standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Uphold exemplary customer service standards throughout the shopping journey.
- Respond promptly to customer needs and inquiries.
- Proactively gather customer feedback and handle complaints effectively to uphold service quality.
- Collect and manage data regarding customer preferences and buying patterns, offering insights for sales strategies.
- Keep clients informed about upcoming events and promotions.
- Clearly communicate store policies, including refund and exchange procedures, to ensure transparency.
- Assist during VIP events and maintain follow-up communications with clients as required.
- Achieve and maximize cross-selling and up-selling targets.
- Comply with all operational standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with management to meet boutique sales goals.
- Adhere to merchandise security protocols throughout the sales process.
- Maintain adequate stock levels, displays, and visual merchandising consistent with the brand image.
- Execute cash register operations accurately from opening to closing, ensuring asset protection.
- Support optimal cost management by carefully using boutique products without excess.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Between 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail fashion sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation abilities.
- A strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Team player capable of managing conflicts effectively.
