Overview
As a Key Holder at Boot Barn, you will contribute to creating an outstanding customer experience while providing leadership and support to fellow store team members. You will exemplify the company's Mission, Vision, and Values through your communication and actions, showcasing expertise in sales, service, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and proficiency with the point-of-sale system. Collaborating closely with store leadership, you will drive sales performance, assist in team development, and support store operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate an environment focused on excellent service and sales to build enduring customer relationships.
- Develop expert knowledge of product categories and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Meet measurable sales goals, including units per transaction (UPT), average dollars per transaction (ADT), item add-ons, and capture of customer information.
- Stay updated on current merchandise promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Uphold company merchandising standards, assist with floor layout changes, display upkeep, merchandising setups, and store cleanliness.
- Support merchandise processing and manage floor stock replenishment.
- Accurately execute sales transactions and maintain integrity with cash and related media at POS stations.
- Continuously seek opportunities for skill development and metric improvement in partnership with store leadership.
- Complete all opening and closing store procedures according to company standards, complying with attendance policies.
- Follow and enforce all applicable legal regulations and company policies.
- Perform additional duties as directed by management.
- Maintain high standards of work quality, punctuality, and professional appearance.
