Role Overview
The Fashion Advisor is entrusted with enhancing store sales by delivering an exceptional and memorable client service while upholding merchandising excellence.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain and promote superior customer service levels throughout the shopper's journey.
- Respond proactively to customer requirements and address complaints efficiently to strengthen service quality.
- Collect and organize customer data concerning preferences and purchase habits and communicate relevant insights.
- Keep clients informed of forthcoming events and updates.
- Provide clear communication regarding company policies, such as refunds and exchanges, ensuring transparency.
- Assist with VIP events, including follow-ups as necessary.
- Strive to achieve and exceed sales goals through effective cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
- Comply with operational standards and adhere to merchandise security protocols throughout transactions.
- Ensure optimal product replenishment, visual merchandising, and uphold the brand’s image within the boutique.
- Manage cash register transactions accurately from opening to closing, safeguarding company assets.
- Contribute to cost-efficiency by judicious use of products and inventory management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a High School Diploma or an equivalent educational qualification.
- Accumulated six to eight years of experience within the luxury retail fashion sector.
- Strong proficiency in English communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Exceptional client-focused mindset.
- Collaborative team player with skills in managing conflicts effectively.
