Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise daily operations on the factory floor to maintain efficient production flow.
• Assign tasks to workers, ensuring optimal manpower utilization and timely completion.
• Track work progress daily to meet set production targets.
• Promote discipline, punctuality, and strict observance of workplace policies.
• Ensure that all work meets quality standards and adheres to company benchmarks.
• Collaborate with workers and other departments to streamline operations.
• Detect operational challenges promptly and escalate them to higher management as necessary.
• Keep detailed and accurate records pertaining to production, attendance, and daily activities.
• Supervise appropriate usage and care of raw materials, equipment, and tools.
• Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the factory premises.
• Enforce workplace safety regulations and company policies rigorously.
• Address routine manpower and operational concerns efficiently.
• Provide guidance and supervision to workers for proper task execution.
• Compile and submit daily reports on operations for management review.
• Assist senior management in meeting goals related to production, productivity, quality, and operations.

Additional Details

The monthly compensation for this role ranges between 16,000 and 18,000 INR.
