Role Overview

As a Factory Helper located in Patna, Bihar, you will be engaged full-time in supporting daily production operations. Duties include handling and organizing materials, loading and unloading items, assisting machine operators and senior staff, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workplace, adhering to safety protocols, and promptly reporting any hazards or concerns to supervisors. Additionally, you may be involved in packaging, labeling, counting finished products, and assisting with inventory audits. Collaboration with colleagues is vital to ensure smooth and effective factory workflow.
